In the handful of times I've been to The White House / Lafayette Square area I have seen a guy dressed as a chicken, a guy dressed as a monkey, a girl dressed as an icecream cone, anti-nuclear protesters, anti-Jewish protesters, anti-Iraq war protesters, a guy dressed as Vice-President Cheney complete with a noose and of course a Michael Jackson impersonator so I guess that it isn't completely beyond all realms of possibility to see members of International Resuce doing the rounds either.
